What does God want from me?

O que Deus quer de mim?

"For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than holocausts." (Hosea 6:6)
In today's verse asks God to their children two things: 1) Mercy and 2) Knowledge of God.   1) Mercy is the act of not giving back to others as he deserves, that is, the act of forgiving others and the failure to act with kindness to those who do not deserve the goodness that is mercy. I argue from this that "mercy" is the manifestation of love. Who loves acts with mercy.    2) Knowledge of God in verse today, is the same relationship, yes, God is telling us that he prefers that we relate to Him instead of making sacrifices, promises, vows, etc., etc. .... It's the same situation "that father" did not have time for the child due to his work and social commitments, and tries to overcome this lack of time giving gifts for your child, which solves nothing. God is in saying exactly that, you do not want gifts (sacrifices or burnt offerings), but a relationship with your child, you! Conclusion: Love thy neighbor, acting with mercy.   “Pois misericórdia quero, e não sacrifício, e o conhecimento de Deus, mais do que holocaustos.” (Oséias 6:6)
No versículo de hoje Deus pede duas coisas aos seus filhos: 1) Misericórdia e 2) Conhecimento de Deus.
  1)   Misericórdia é o ato de não retribuir ao próximo conforme ele merece, ou seja, é o ato de perdoarmos a falha alheia e agirmos com bondade para com aqueles que não merecem a bondade, isso é misericórdia. Afirmo com isso que “misericórdia” é a manifestação do amor. Quem ama age com misericórdia.
   2)   Conhecimento de Deus, no versículo de hoje, é o mesmo que relacionamento, sim, Deus está nos dizendo que ele prefere que nos relacionemos com Ele ao invés de fazermos sacrifícios, promessas, votos etc, etc.... É a mesma situação “daquele pai” que não tem tempo para o filho, devido ao seu trabalho e compromissos sociais, e tenta suprir esta falta de tempo dando presentes para o seu filho, o que não resolve nada. Deus está no dizendo exatamente isto, que não quer presentes (sacrifícios ou holocaustos) e sim um relacionamento com seu filho, você!


Conclusão:
Ame o próximo, agindo com Misericórdia.
Relacione-se com Deus, preferindo o conhecimento de Deus ao invés de sacrifícios e holocaustos....

Second Consecutive Lay Day for Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido

PUERTO ESCONDIDO, Oaxaca / Mexico (Monday, July 25, 2011) –With only small surf on offer and a promising swell expected to ignite the shores of Playa Zicatela in the coming days, event organizers at the ASP 4-Star Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido have opted to call competition off for the second consecutive day.
The opening Rounds of the Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido werehttp://www.aspworldtour.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=7003&action=edit&message=1 completed in clean three-to-five foot surf with some amazing performances unfolding in the high-performance conditions and with a solid swell on the way, the contest is expected to wrap up in dramatic fashion.
“We’ve only got small surf available and with plenty of time remaining in the waiting period there is no need to run the contest in poor conditions,” Gary Linden, Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido Contest Director said. “The swell is expected to rise over the next few days and we’ll wait for conditions to improve to restart the event.”
When Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido competition resumes, Ricardo Santos (BRA), local charger Coco Nogales (MEX), Alejandro Moreda (PRI) and Gabriel Galdino (BRA) will face off in Heat 9 of the Round of 64.
The ASP 4-Star Quiksilver PE Pro holds a waiting period from July 21 through 28, 2011.

A few days ago, I saw an article about surfing in Gaza, and then I thought .. is this a joke? For in a place where the destruction and the war takes, you would do something?
But there are, the true warriors of Gaza, the guys actually surfing, commenting on the world circuit, I thought too! Where dwells the disaster, also lives in one of good heart and the guy actually saw that there could be moments of joy.
The name of the guy who promotes surfing and Mohammed Abu Jayab and he spoke of a donation of equipment and surfboards guess who made ​​the donations?

A uns dias atrás, vi uma reportagem sobre o surf em Gaza, e logo pensei..será alguma piada? Pois em um lugar onde a destruição e a guerra toma conta, daria para fazer algo?
Mas estão lá, os verdadeiros guerreiros de Gaza, os caras surfando de verdade, comentando sobre circuito mundial, eu achei demais! Onde habita a desgraça, também habita alguém de coração bom e o cara viu realmente que ali poderia haver momentos de alegria.

Eat Bread

Coma o Pão

"I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth in me shall never thirst." (John 6:35) The text referred to in the above verse shows us the moment that Jesus is preaching to the crowd. Jesus knew the human heart and knowing that they sought him to satisfy your hunger, so glorious, and shows them that much more important to satisfy physical hunger is to have the spirit nourished by the bread which cometh down from heaven, where, who test never returns to hunger and thirst. This bread which cometh down from heaven and gives life to the world, healthy spiritual life, intimacy and communion with God and eternal life. Anything worth having physical hunger and thirst quenched and a spirit gaunt, withered, evil, condemned to death. Conclusion: The Father is God's will that every man believes that Jesus is the living Bread which came down from heaven and have eternal life in him. If you have not yet proven, believe that the Word and to feed this bread, Jesus! Related verses: "But whoever drinks the water I give him shall never thirst; the contrary, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." (John 4:14) "Not by bread alone doth man live, but everything that comes from the mouth of God." (Deuteronomy 8:3 b) "I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread shall live forever: and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh. (John 6:51)

“Eu sou o pão da vida; o que vem a mim jamais terá fome; e o que crê em mim jamais terá sede.” (João 6:35)
O texto a que se refere o versículo acima, nos mostra o momento que Jesus está pregando para a multidão. Jesus, conhecendo o coração do homem e sabendo que eles procuravam-no para saciar sua fome, de forma gloriosa, lhes mostra que muito mais importante que saciar a fome física é ter o espírito alimentado pelo pão que desce do céu, onde, aquele que prova jamais volta a ter fome e sede. Pão este que desce do céu e dá vida ao mundo, vida espiritual saudável, intimidade, comunhão com Deus e vida eterna.
De nada vale ter a fome e sede física saciada e um espírito raquítico, definhado, maléfico, condenado a morte.
Conclusão:
A vontade de Deus Pai é que todo homem creia que Jesus é o Pão vivo que desceu do céu e nele tenha a vida eterna. Se você ainda não provou, creia nessa Palavra e se alimente desse pão, Jesus!

Volcom Announces the 2012 Volcom Fiji Pro ASP World Tour Event!

CLOUDBREAK, Tavarua, Fiji (Monday, July 25, 2011) - ASP International and Volcom are pleased to announce the return of the world's best surfers to one of the most perfect waves on the planet with the confirmation of the Volcom Fiji Pro to the 2012 ASP World Title season.
The competition will mark Volcom's first ASP World Title event and a much-desired return to the world-class breaks of Cloudbreak and Restaurants for the ASP Top 34.
"We are all very excited about the opportunity to host our first ever ASP World Title event in Fiji," Richard Woolcott, Volcom CEO, said. "Having the competition at Cloudbreak, or even Restaurants, is a perfect fit with Volcom's long history with Tavarua. This is a major step in our surfing program and it's great to be able to support the tour and its athletes with an event in world class surf."
After a three-year hiatus from the ASP Dream Tour, the Volcom Fiji Pro will host the world's best surfers from 2012 through 2014, with the potential for further extension from the current three-year license agreement.

"Our partnership with Volcom has grown over the last several years from their support of our athletes to the sponsoring of the ASP 5-Star Pipe event and now as a licensee for an ASP World Title event," Brodie Carr, ASP Intl CEO, said. Vi o grande Occy dizer prefiro que minhas pranchas fiquem perdidas, e a organização correndo atrás para encontrar as pranchas, passou o tempo e todas foram encontradas. Mas o medo de Occy, se tornou em adrenalina, que o cara arrebentou, nosso guerreiro brasileiro Neco Padaratz, passou apuros em uma queda onde ficou preso, mas no ano seguinte ele quebrou tudo em Teahupoo.
